A.I.R. Contest 2019

REGOLAMENTO

L’A.I.R. Contest 2019 “Attilio Leoni” avra’ inizio alle ore 0000UTC del 02/01/2019 e terminerà alle ore 2400UTC del 09/01/2019. La partecipazione e’ aperta a tutti i radio appassionati, anche non Soci A.I.R., ovunque residenti. Durante il Contest si dovranno ascoltare, una sola volta, il maggior numero di stazioni broadcast indicate nell’elenco che segue.
Prima parte: dedicata all’ascolto di qualsiasi stazione dal continente Europa – Asia (con proprio trasmettitore o via relay) dalle ore 0000UTC del 02/01 alle ore 2400UTC del 06/01/2019,in qualsiasi lingua (frequenze comprese tra 150 e 26100kHz-bande di radiodiffusione).
Seconda parte: dedicata all’ascolto delle stazioni indicate, in qualsiasi orario ad iniziare dalle ore 0000UTC del giorno 07/01 alle ore 2400UTC del 09/01/2019, in qualsiasi lingua (frequenze comprese tra 150 e 26100kHz-bande di radiodiffusione) :

– CUBA, Radio Habana
– EGYPT, Radio Cairo
– NIGERIA, Voice of Nigeria
– SOUTH AFRICA, Channel Africa

Gli ascolti dovranno avere una durata minima di 15 minuti e dovranno contenere tutti i riferimenti utili al Contest (frequenza, orario UTC, nominativo della stazione, lingua, dettagli per una buona valutazione dell’ascolto, codice SINPO) nonché un cenno ai dati tecnici (RX e ANT usati,
apparecchiature complementari), il tutto dovrà essere spedito al seguente recapito :

Entro il 12/02/2019 (farà fede il timbro postale). Per una corretta valutazione saranno considerati molto importanti i dettagli forniti dal partecipante, inoltre per eventuali ulteriori riscontri potranno essere richieste le registrazioni degli stessi. 200 punti extra verranno assegnati a quanti indicheranno il maggior numero di dettagli per ogni singolo ascolto e non si limiteranno ad usare i soli termini: notiziario, musica, commenti, ecc. Non sono valide le stazioni pirata e utility.
Il punteggio per ogni stazione verrà calcolato partendo da una base di 101 punti per ogni emittente a cui verrà sottratta la percentuale dei partecipanti che hanno ascoltato la stessa emittente. Non saranno considerate le frazioni di punto. Durante il Contest saranno attive alcune stazioni monitor.
Quote di partecipazione:
– Per i Soci A.I.R., in regola con il versamento della quota sociale il giorno di chiusura del Contest, l’iscrizione è gratuita; i Soci sono pregati di documentare con fotocopia del versamento ccp la loro posizione, facilitando il controllo da parte dell’organizzazione.
– Per i non Soci A.I.R., residenti in Italia la quota di partecipazione è fissata in 5,00 €uro da versare direttamente al Contest Manager.
– Per i non Soci A.I.R., residenti all’estero la quota di partecipazione è fissata in 5,00 €uro oppure 5 IRCs.
A tutti i concorrenti verrà spedito il diploma di partecipazione. I premi messi in palio per i primi tre classificati, edizione 2019, sono i seguenti:
1° premio: una copia del WRTH 2019
 premio: un libro sul radioascolto
 premio: un folder filatelico
Tra tutti i partecipanti, esclusi i primi tre classificati, saranno sorteggiati inoltre i seguenti premi:
offerti dall’Associazione Italiana Radioascolto
  •  Una chiavetta usb con le annate di radiorama
  •  Due folder filatelici e tre libri sul radioascolto

A.I.R. CONTEST 2019  100 punti extra !
Quale partecipante all’A.I.R. Contest ti verranno assegnati 100 punti extra se ascolterai due programmi DX di qualsiasi emittente internazionale in onde corte. Gli ascolti dovranno avere una durata minima di 15 minuti e dovranno contenere tutti i riferimenti utili al Contest (frequenza, orario UTC, nominativo della stazione, lingua, dettagli per una buona valutazione dell’ascolto, codice SINPO).

The A.I.R. Contest 2019 “Attilio Leoni”, will start at 0000UTC on January 2nd, 2019, and will end at midnight UTC on January 9th, 2019. Participation is open for all radiolisteners, A.I.R. members and non members alike. The Contest is divided into the following parts:
First part: listening to any station broadcasting from Europe-Asia (with its own transmitter or via relay) from 0000 UTC of January 2nd to 2400 UTC of January 6th, 2019 in any language (frequencies between 150 and 26100kHz – broadcasting bands)
Second part: listening to programmes in any language of the following stations, at any time from January 7th at 0000UTC to January 9th, 2019, at midnight UTC (frequencies between 150 and 26100kHz – broadcasting bands)

Each station can be logged only once.
The listening report will have a minimum time of 15 minutes.
The reports must contain all usefull references (frequency, UTC time, station name, language, the most important details for a good valuation, SINPO code), technical data (receiver, antenna and optionals). The listening list, with your participation fee, must be sent to this address:

Not later than February 12th, 2019 (date of postmark).
On the same report the participant must indicate his name and surname, complete address and a short declaration as follow: “I take the responsibility on myself that I have listened to all the stations reported during the time of validity of contest”.
All details will be very important for a correct estimate of the contest results and for additional controls the Contest Manager could ask your audio-tape. A bonus of 200 points will be awarded to all those who will report the highest number of programme details for each station and not only
generic terms such as news, music, comments, etc.
The scores will be computed on a base of 101 = points for each station deducting the participants percentage that listened to the same station. Decimal will not be considered. During the contest some monitor stations will listen off.
The participation fee are 5 (five) IRC’s or 5 €uro to be sent with your listening list to Contest Manager or Paypal payement to www.air-radio.it
Each participant will receive a certificate of participation. Prizes list for the three first participants is the following:
1st prize: a copy of WRTH 2019
2nd prize: a book for radiolisteners
3rd prize: a philatelic sheet

100 extra points !
 
As a participant in the AIR Contest you will be awarded 100 extra points if you listen two DX radio programmes of any broadcasting station. The listening report will have a minimum time of 15 minutes. The reports must contain all usefull references (frequency, UTC time, station name, language, the most important details for a good valuation, SINPO code).
